Clinton Board of Education discussed an air conditioning proposal from Ruyle Mechanical or bringing back to life the air handling units that hang from the ceiling.  Listen here

Josh is the service technician for our building and as you all are aware, yesterday we had the compressor on RTU-1 tripping.  I'm aware this is an extremely busy time for your business but Josh came here around 7:00pm after finishing his other jobs, checked out the unit and determined the coils were dirty again and needed cleaning.  This takes approximately 3 hours to do and after an already 12 hour day of working in conditions up to 175 degrees at times, he was willing to stay and get the job done last night so we hopefully avoid any further failures.  He had to go get equipment, drag it up on the roof in the dark, had to go purchase lighting to use, etc etc.  This was way above and beyond and I want you to know we truly appreciate the service and what an asset Josh is to your company.  He finished up paperwork around midnight and he called me this morning to check to make sure we were still operating and everything was okay.

Again, thank you and Josh deserves great kudos for his work ethic and a job well done....

The roof top unit that supplies the Gathering Space quit supplying cold air. With the LOMC Swing Choir and all of the people coming to watch them tomorrow evening, I was a bit concerned that we would not be able to comfortably put this performance on. I called Ruyle and asked if it were at all possible to have someone check this unit out. A very nice young lady explained that the tech's had a full agenda, but she would try to fit a service call into the schedule. No promises though.

Around 3 hours later Derek showed up and had the problem solved within 30 minutes. The unit was tripped on a code 9 - heat failure. After resetting..........we were back in business. As St. Mark's is looking for a reliable HVAC source, and have essentially decided on Ruyle...........this response only solidified our choice. What a great group of people. Please pass this e-mail and our thanks on to your fellow employees. We are fully aware that there are many who have needs for relief in this period of severe heat, and pray that this service call didn't cause any harm to anyone.

The work that was performed in Jacksonville is working out great. With the makeup air deficiency corrected and the pumps for the boilers bypassed and running all the time the Home’s residents are happy again. Thanks for your conscientious service in helping us with this issue. I look forward to having the new controller for the boilers in place to complete this project.

Thanks again,

Fireye has been manufacturing Flame Safeguard controls since 1937 and since that time the technology has become even more complex. New controls such as our Nexus family not only provide flame monitoring but control advanced functions such as fuel air ratio, load control and thermal shock protection.

The equipment we manufacture and sell is highly technical in nature and requires a company that has knowledge and experience with the product to install, repair and maintain this equipment. The company one chooses to work on their boiler and burner equipment must have the experience of a well trained and safety oriented organization.

Ruyle Mechanical Services Inc. is one of our foremost contractors and has installed and serviced more parallel positioning systems than any other contractor in Central Illinois. Their experience, dedication to customer satisfaction and safety are great assets to the company and their customers.

Their technicians have the rare combination of understanding the control side and combustion side, an aspect that not many contractors understand. If there was a specification that included knowledge, experience, reliability and integrity, Ruyle Mechanical Services Inc. should always get the job.

Sincerely,
Dave Shunn

Ruyle provided a quote, along with potential savings and a plan for installation. The plan and finances were approved by our Management and the installation began, on time and completed on time without issues or problems! We are very happy with the results! I want to emphasize our complete satisfaction on the way the system was installed, the professionalism, the strong technical and mechanical skills of both Erik Fehl and Mike Eckstein!

The new 'EMS' system will generate considerable dollar savings for our company and save on energy!
